SkyTalkr provides video message recording, background processing, AI speech recognition, delivery, and local playback.

1. Information We Collect

Account information including email ID, nickname, avatar, and password credential.
Video message content, thumbnails, speech recognition text, sender and recipient metadata, delivery state, and sync state.
Operational logs needed for security, troubleshooting, AI processing, and delivery reliability.

2. AI and Video Processing

Videos may be processed by server-side AI services for person segmentation, black-background compositing, ASR, and video recognition.

3. Permissions

The app or H5 experience may request camera, microphone, local network, photo/video library, and storage permissions.

4. Retention and Deletion

SkyTalkr keeps message records and cached media as needed to provide delivery, playback, safety, audit, and support. You can request deletion in the Me page or by contacting support.
